Jason and Heather have been married for nine years. Their first child was born with many health issues and passed away within the first year of her life. After this tragedy, they decided to start a new life and moved to Cadillac MI. Here they built their own home and were soon blessed with another child, a son George. At the time Jason was employed in construction and Heather was employed in the school system.

Not long after starting this new life, Heather was laid off from her job and construction slowed down for Jason. In addition to this, Heather became seriously ill and medical bills again began piling up.

The family is currently living with Jason's parents are are excited to have their own home again. Jason is working and Heather is volunteering for church and school. They are looking forward to starting their own family traditions and having a place for George to call home for a long time.

After all they have been through, the Heydens are still a very positive family and are a pleasure to have as a family partner.
