Voluntario en el sitio de construcción

Únase al equipo semanal de voluntarios que construyen casas, ¡no se necesita experiencia ni conocimientos de construcción! Nuestros supervisores de personal en el sitio lo guiarán a lo largo del camino. Los turnos típicos son de 8 am a 12 pm o de 1 pm a 5 pm de lunes a sábado. Damos la bienvenida a individuos y grupos de voluntarios.

Ubicados en Holland y South Haven, contamos con voluntarios para ayudar en estas tiendas de reventa que ofrecen materiales de construcción y viviendas de alta calidad para continuar teniendo la capacidad de construir viviendas asequibles en nuestra comunidad. Acepte donaciones, pruebe artículos, ayude con la mercadería en la tienda, trabaje en el registro o salude y ayude a los clientes.

Start a team or join a team

Grab a group of 8 - 10 friends, coworkers, or family.
Or if you want to get involved on your own, we will find a team for you.

Reserve your spot

Once submitted, Volunteer Services Manager Maggie Wehrmeyer will follow up with you to coordinate your volunteer day.

Pick a day to volunteer

Choose a morning shift from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM or an afternoon shift from 1:00 PM–4:00 PM. Groups can include up to 10 volunteers per shift, and groups made up of 70% women or more will receive complimentary t-shirts.

Show up to build

When you arrive on your volunteer day, a Construction Coach will meet with you to line up your work for the day.

Join the Fundraising Team Competition

New this year is a Team Fundraising Competition, where you can raise funds to build more homes in our area and win a prize!

How it works:

Gather a group of friends, coworkers, neighbors, or family to start a fundraising team. Your group can be as big or as small as you desire.

Sign up to fundraise through August 2026. Create a team name, sign up your team members, and use your own custom link to collect funds for Lakeshore Habitat.

The team that raises the most funds by August 31, 2026 wins a prize (to be announced soon)!
