Volunteer Signup for Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity builds

Thank you for your interest in Lakeshore ReStore's FREE deconstruction services.

If you are renovating or remodeling, our professional, fully insured team can carefully remove cabinets, appliances, fixtures, and other items, so they can be resold in our ReStore.

The funds, raised from your donated items support Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity who exists to build safe, stable and affordable homes for families in our community.

Community Benefit
Donated items are kept out of the landfill and sold in the ReStore to the public at a substantial discount to new item prices.

 

Homeowner Benefit
Lakeshore ReStore is proudly owned by Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity, a non-profit organization. We provide you a tax receipt for the items you donate. Plus, no labor costs or disposal fees!

 

Acceptable Items:
Items that can typically be removed by hand


Whole house deconstructions considered for suitable building material such as: Doors, Windows, Cabinetry, Lighting, Plumbing, Architectural Elements
 

Kitchen & Bath deconstructions: Cabinetry, Appliances, Fixtures, Vanities, Toilets, Sinks, Showers, Bathtubs


*Some items require access to water shut-off valves or disconnection to water before our arrival.

Step 1: Fill out this form.

Step 2: The deconstruction team will contact you to schedule a consultation at your site to access items.

Step 3: Together, schedule the date of deconstruction to coordinate with your timetable.

After deconstruction is complete, you will receive a tax receipt.
