Calvary Church Partnership
In August 2026, we announced a brand new collaboration with Calvary Church in Holland, Michigan. The church is generously donating part of their property to be used for affordable housing, where Lakeshore Habitat will be building 17 new homes.
The proposed development, located north of the Calvary Church building along James Street, is currently in the predevelopment phase. Lakeshore Habitat plans to build 17 affordable Habitat homes of various sizes, while Calvary Church plans to develop 6 transitional homes in partnership with local ministries.
Construction is anticipated to begin in the summer of 2027, pending approvals and completion of the development process.
Ottawa Townhomes
This current development is in Holland, Michigan (Ottawa County) and is being developed in partnership with Jubilee Ministries. Located near West 20th St. and Cleveland Ave, this new development features a two-plex and three-plex.
