Home Repair Program Interest

Qualified applicants must meet the following criteria set by current funding sources:

Home must be owner-occupied.
Home must be a structural house (no mobile homes).
Homeowner must be within 30-80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for their county.
Home must be in a qualified service area (City or Township of South Haven, City of Allegan, and City or Township of Holland/Zeeland).
