How to Apply for Home Repairs
Affordable home repairs in Holland.
Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity's mission includes assisting low-income homeowners with home repairs.
Home repairs are an important part of homeownership. Our program provides an opportunity for interest-free financing for up to $5,000 for qualified applicants. The cost of doing repairs through Lakeshore Habitat is generally more affordable than through other contracted labor. Projects costing over $5,000 may be considered if other funding sources are available.

Projects must meet the following criteria:

Home must be owner-occupied.

Home must be a house. (We can offer mobile home repairs through approved contractors/partners.)

Must be an exterior project, such as painting or repairs.

Garages, sheds, exterior structures, and porches with windows qualify.

Wheelchair ramps qualify.

We offer roofing or roof repair through approved contractors/partners.
